posted, all Planning and Zoning Commission meetings will take place at the
Madison Justice Complex on Crawford Street.

I-20 West to I-55 North in Jackson:
I-55 North to MS HWY 463 (Exit 108)
East on MS HWY 463 to Crawford Street, turn right.
South on Crawford Street (First Left)
The Planning and
Zoning Commission meets on the second Tuesday of the month at the Justice
Complex on Crawford Street to review Site Plan Review submittals. Please see
the Calendar section for a list of
the submittal dates. Prior to the commission seeing these plans the City
Staff has taken sufficient time to review the projects and has already
received one round of feedback from the applicant. Most if not all problems
have been worked out during this 3-4 week period. The commission’s task is
to review the submittals for adherence to the Official Zoning Ordinance and
to hold any necessary public hearings regarding variances or zoning changes.
