Site Plan Review
The architectural review process involves a very informal series of meetings
with the Mayor and the Community Development Director in an effort to come
to a consensus on the desired architectural style.
The site plan review process is an extensive process whereby projects are
reviewed by city staff and a Planning and Zoning Committee which then makes
a recommendation to the Mayor and Board of Aldermen.
The official zoning map resides in our
department and is available for review during normal business hours. All
zoning matters are handled through this department.
