Madison City Hall will close Monday, Nov. 12, in observance of Veterans Day.

 

Tractors Trucks and Big Stuff is Saturday, Nov. 10, 9 am. to noon in the north end of Liberty Park.

The bridge on Tidewater Lane has been reopened to traffic.

 

Madison the City will officially observe Halloween on Wednesday, Oct. 31. In the past, neighborhood associations have elected to have Halloween events on other designated days.  That is the neighborhood's choice.

The 15th annual Scarecrow Cruise & Car Show brings hundreds of vintage cars and newer ones of all makes and models to the Main Street at Highway 51 grounds of Madison Square Center for the Arts Oct. 19-20.

A Prayer Breakfast will be held Thursday, Sept. 27, at 8 a.m. at Mama Hamil's, hosted by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen and Madison the City Chamber of Commerce. Tickets are $13 and available by calling the Chamber at 601-856-7060.

The Downtown Madison Farmers Market has closed for the 2018 season. Thank you to the vendors who shared their goods and the customers who returned each week to make purchases.
