Madison's Night Out ushers in the Festival of Trees.

Madison will shine brightly this Christmas season with its first Festival of Trees.

Be a part of Madison's Christmas Parade that marches from Ridgecrest Baptist Church to the Red Caboose, starting at 9 a.m., Saturday, Dec.3. The theme is Madison Kicks Off the Happiest Season of All.

The public may notice a large law enforcement presence at Madison Avenue Upper Elementary Wednesday, Oct. 19, through Thursday, Oct. 27.  Please be assured there is no cause for alarm.

Students who attend Madison Avenue Elementary and Madison Avenue Lower Elementary can meet up to share Walk to School Day on Wednesday, Oct. 5.

Turn on your outside lights, bring out a chair and gather with your neighbors during National Night Out Oct. 4. This is a great way to join with other neighborhood residents to present a united front against crime.

Bring your family to Madison's fifth annual Scarecrow Festival on Oct.

Madison has joined CSpire’s initiative to bring Fiber to the Home, and the city wants to get more residents signed up faster than any other Mississippi city.

The City of Madison has been asked by the U.S. Postal Service to change the format of our water bills because they have been causing problems with their processing machinery. The water bills will no longer be perforated.
