The Business Network is celebrating its first anniversary on Tuesday, November 18.  Members are invited to attend the Annual Meeting at The Foxtail Madison at 11:30 am.  Reservations are required as is payment in advance.  The cost is $25 per person.  Sponsors will be contacted about their complimentary seats.

Please complete the form below to make your reservation.  Upon submission, the invoice will be emailed to the designated person.  Upon receipt of payment, the reservations will be confirmed via email. Deadline to make a reservation is November 10.
