Calling all artists and performers!

Join us for an unforgettable journey at the Madison the City Summer Arts Camp, July 8th-20th! Auditions kick off on July 7th, and performances are set for July 19-20. Open to rising 4th-11th graders, it’s your chance to shine on stage and unleash your creativity! Don’t miss out on the summer of a lifetime!

Here’s what you need to know!

Auditions: July 7th Afternoon
Call Time: July 8th – 19th 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday
Performances: July 19th at 7:30 | July 20th at 2:30 | July 20 at 7:30
Setting: Madison Square Center for the Arts | 2103 Main Street
Cast: For students who are entering 4th-11th grades

What’s all the excitement about?

Summer Arts Camp is a performing and visual arts camp which offers advances instruction in art, dance, music, drama, theatre production, and show choir choreography. The final musical theater performance is a spectacular production.

Daily Camp Activities

Campers, in small groups, move from class to class throughout the day, with breaks for lunch and snack time. Class sessions include music, dance, art, drama, theater education, production tech, and audition prep. We wrap up each day with musical rehearsals. We’ll provide snacks each day. Campers need to bring a water bottle daily and dress in clothes in which they can dance. Closed toe shoes are required. Monday through Thursday campers will need to bring a lunch and Friday lunch in on us! Each camper receives a camp t-shirt.

Camp Cost

Tuition for Summer Arts Camp is $475. Check made payable to City of Madison. Write the name of the camper(s) on the memo line. Tuition is due in full at time of registration. If camp is cancelled for any reason, full refunds will be issued. Your cancelled check is your receipt. Please drop tuition check in the lockbox at 2023 Main St Madison, MS 39110 – the Community Partners building.

  • Limited scholarships are available
    • We want everyone to have the opportunity to attend camp. Limited scholarship money is available. Please email madisonsummerartscamp@gmail.com prior to turning in registration regarding need for scholarship
